We are a marketing company based in Bulacan, Philippines. We are staffed by a team of licensed real estate professional. We hold the exclusive marketing of the various housing projects featured in this site.
Utilizing the experience and credentials of its lead realtors as well as harnessing its long established network of property developers, real estate investors, landowners, government linkages and real estate service practitioners in the Philippines, we have evolved into a full service real estate brokerage company with more than a decade of experience in real estate transactions.
Our initial efforts way back in 1989 focused primarily on transactions involving industrial real estate in areas south of Metro Manila.
We then moved to industrial real estate projects north of Metro Manila serving the needs of the country’s local Chinese merchants through the industrial projects developed north of Metro Manila by development companies created by our principal stockholder and lead realtor.
After the onslaught of the Asian regional crisis, we ventured into project selling, under exclusive marketing arrangements with Bulacan based memorial park developers, including the project selling of the boutique memorial park developed by an affiliate company.
We have since then moved on to transactions involving commercial real estate for some of the property requirements of our major mall players as well as for the property requirements of the retail players in a given locality, including leasing out the commercial projects developed by companies affiliated with our principal stockholders/ lead realtors.
In response to government's call for private sector participation in addressing the backlog in housing, we refocused our efforts in order to service the low-cost housing industry. We are currently intensifying our efforts in project selling and currently hold the exclusive marketing of the various housing projects in Bulacan developed by our various affiliate companies.
With our growing experience, we still strive to broaden the range of our property services in serving our clients for brokerage and/or marketing transactions to include title research; legal documentation; rawland consolidation and subdivision; land use/ site planning; project planning and management; site selection and assessment; project packaging; joint venture packaging; project development; real estate appraisal; and real estate consultancy; strategic marketing and market network training.
